Thinking ahead before your puppy even comes home is one of the best things you can do. A pre-puppy consultation gives you the chance to feel confident, prepared, and ready to welcome your new family member.
In this relaxed one-hour session, I’ll guide you through what to expect in those early days—so you can avoid overwhelm and start off on the right paw. We’ll talk about everything from your puppy’s first night and sleeping arrangements to toilet training, separation prevention, and how to puppy-proof your home and garden.
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, and I’ll tailor the session to suit your lifestyle and setup. Based in Llandudno and covering Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea and surrounding areas, I’m here to help you feel confident and supported—before your puppy even sets paw through the door..
Premium Puppy package

Set your puppy up for success with a complete support package designed to give you confidence from day one.
This package begins with a one-hour in-home consultation—either before your puppy arrives or shortly afterwards—so you’re fully prepared for those early weeks.
You’ll then have two personalised one-to-one training sessions, focused on building essential life skills like toilet training, crate training, mouthing and biting, sleeping routines, and helping your puppy settle into everyday life.
You’ll also receive my Puppy Foundation Plan and a copy of my Puppy Socialisation Booklet to guide you through key stages of your puppy’s development, plus a place on my 6-week Puppy Class to continue building skills in a supportive group setting.

Puppy 1-1 sessions
£50 per session
3 x 1-1 £135
These sessions can help with common puppy training issues such as crate training, lead walking and recall foundations, toilet training and general manners. The first session will take place at your home address, any subsequent sessions can be taken either at your home or at a prearranged outside location.
Puppy classes
5 week course - £105
Give your puppy the best start with a fun, supportive course designed to prepare them for all of life’s adventures. These puppy training classes focus on building your pup’s confidence, calmness and manners, while teaching you how to transfer those skills into everyday situations.
Using positive reinforcement, training games, and play, I’ll help you strengthen your relationship with your puppy—based on trust, connection and cooperation. You’ll learn how to raise a well-mannered, happy companion you can enjoy everyday life with, from cafés and beach walks to visitors at home.
Classes are kept small—a maximum of four puppies per group—to ensure plenty of individual attention and a calm, supportive learning environment that won’t overwhelm your pup.
Training sessions will be out and about in various locations around Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea and surrounding areas, these classes are ideal for puppies under 20 weeks at the start of the course.
Suitable for vaccinated pups aged 8-20 weeks at start date

Initial assessment
£75
All one-to-one sessions are by appointment, and an initial assessment is required for all new clients. This 90 minute session takes place in your home and is suitable for older puppies, adolescent dogs, and adult dogs who need support with training, behaviour, or confidence-building.
During the assessment, I’ll get to know you and your dog, discuss your concerns, and begin identifying the root of any issues—whether that’s pulling on the lead, recall problems, reactivity, or general manners. I’ll provide tailored advice to get you started, and a clear, kind, and practical training plan to help you reach your goals.
Follow-up sessions are recommended for continued progress and can be booked individually or as a package, either at home or at a suitable outdoor location.
